In Santa Fe, New Mexico a young woman is struck and injured by a motorist who's insured by Allstate Insurance. After being offered far less than the cost of her medical expenses the woman is forced to take Allstate to court. Using an orchestrated P.R. and Advertising program designed to make it appear that Allstate is fighting fraud they deny most claims and force victims into court to get the money owed them.
