The Safeco claims process is: Stall stall stall.... The longer they make the client wait the less the client will take. This is coming from a Independent Agency that has had to fight Safeco for the rights of the mutual client... The longer the client waits the less they will settle for....

They came into our shop and told us they wanted us to get on their program. We refused and they told us they would blacklist us concerning their customers. Of course, when I asked this woman to repeat herself, she just said...You heard me. She told us what our rates would be, the discounts we would give them and the vendors they wanted us to use....I told her to take a hike out the front door. We have seen maybe two Safeco claims in two years. And we are still in business!!!!!! She indicated that without their claims, we would lose too much business...she expected us to come around. I asked her if she would repeat everything on tape....she laughed as she left. Actually, we have had the last laugh.....
Safeco, Progressive, Allstate and Farmers...I am sick of them telling me what I will do for them. They all forget I am in agreement with the customer.
